Coordinate 11 IT projects across 5 public agencies — a state bank, the Social Security Office, the Department of Employment, the Department of Business Development and the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning — covering maintenance (MA) and development/installation, with a combined value of over THB 70 million.

วางแผนและติดตามงานPlanning & tracking

• วิเคราะห์และสรุป TOR ของแต่ละโครงการ เพื่อกำหนดงวดงาน กำหนดส่ง รอบการบำรุงรักษา (PM) และเงื่อนไข SLA
• ติดตามความคืบหน้าของทีมพัฒนา ทีม QA และวิศวกร แล้วรายงานสถานะต่อ Project Manager เพื่อให้ส่งมอบได้ตามกำหนด
• สนับสนุนการบริหาร Issue, Risk และ Change Request ในระดับประสานงาน

• Analyse each project's TOR to define installments, deadlines, preventive-maintenance (PM) cycles and SLA terms.
• Track the progress of development, QA and engineering teams and report status to the Project Manager to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Support issue, risk and change-request management at coordination level.

เอกสารและการส่งมอบDocumentation & delivery

• จัดทำแผนงาน ไทม์ไลน์ รายงานความก้าวหน้า หนังสือนำส่ง รายงานงวดงาน และตารางเทียบคุณลักษณะตาม TOR
• ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนและความพร้อมของงานก่อนส่งมอบต่อคณะกรรมการตรวจรับ
• นัดหมายประชุม จัดทำรายงานการประชุม และติดตาม Action Item ร่วมกับคณะกรรมการ ผู้ใช้งาน และทีมวิศวกร

• Prepare project plans, timelines, progress reports, cover letters, installment reports and TOR compliance tables.
• Verify the completeness and readiness of deliverables before submission to acceptance committees.
• Schedule meetings, write minutes and follow up on action items with committees, end users and engineers.

กระบวนการและเครื่องมือProcess & tools

• รับผิดชอบ Configuration Management (CM) ตามกระบวนการ CMMI ขององค์กร ควบคุมเวอร์ชันและ baseline ของเอกสาร และจัดเก็บข้อมูลโครงการบน Finework (PMO) และ SharePoint
• ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบติดตามโครงการ "ระบบคลังข้อมูล" ที่ใช้ในงานประจำวัน ช่วยลดเวลาเริ่มต้นโครงการใหม่และลดความเสี่ยงการพลาดกำหนดส่ง

• Own Configuration Management (CM) under the company's CMMI process — version control and baselining of documents, and organising project data on Finework (PMO) and SharePoint.
• Designed and built the "Project Data Hub" tracking system used daily, cutting project set-up time and reducing the risk of missed deadlines.

Managed three VPN and network-protocol software products and their back-office systems, from requirements to production release.

• Planned work quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily, assigning tasks to Web, iOS, Android and QA teams.
• Reviewed products and ran UAT before release, checking test cases, UI and requirements for consistency.
• Bridged UX/UI designers and developers, reported to executives, and produced test-case reports, system manuals and development documents.

• พัฒนาเว็บรายงานงานประจำวัน "TimeSheet" ด้วย Vue.js และ TypeScript ใช้งานจริงภายในบริษัท

• Built a leave-request web app with Go (CRUD API) and Google Sheets, later awarded 2nd place in the university project contest.
• Built "TimeSheet", a daily work-report app in Vue.js and TypeScript, used inside the company.
